It is said that some developed countries used to help poorer nations, namely those ones located in Africa but also others situated on Central-America such as Haiti and Nicaragua. In my point of view such attitude would be grateful if they worked indeed.

Although industrialised countries sometimes send large amounts of money to these poorer nations, they explore their land as well. One such example is that these supporters are keen to potentially mine their land from which minerals are extracted particularly diamonds, as happens in Zimbabwe. Another example of this is the exploitation of ivory which is a consequence of hunting and murdering of a great deal of elephants in nations such as Congo and Nigeria.

Some people argue that the government of the richer nations most of the time invest a great deal in the poorer countries. Nevertheless the latest government expenditure of all their money has been on enriching themselves instead of providing health and education for the population. Personally I am for an agreement amongst the government of all the nations in the world in cause of a solution for the suffering of so many people, including children who are keen not to die from starvation.

In conclusion the poorer countries have been helped by the developed nations with large amounts of money although these aids do not contribute to improving the conditions of the poor population who continue to suffer from starvation and tropical diseases.

Like many community projects, Post-Graduate studies are usually funded by the government or by some private industries. However the latest one takes a considerable part on the whole. In other words industries finance most of the Post-Graduate researchers in many countries,

It is understood that many industries are capable of maintaining plenty of institutions so that they boost their capital. Therefore a good reputation is built by contributing to education in spite of reducing taxes. It is important to say that a nation needs such attitudes from the big companies owing that scientific researchers certainly contribute to the development of a country and knowledge will always be required towards the social development of the population.

Since it is known that Post-Graduates constitute a minority in almost every nation, I believe that they should be granted for their research not only from the statement but also from industries that supply them. After all they have to spend all of their time searching for references and experiencing their projects which are absolutely necessary in the construction of efficient work.

In conclusion I agree with the fact that industries must grant their Post-Graduates since it is generally accepted that they own sufficient capital to do it. I would like to add that as researchers waste a long-day period doing their experiments grant would be extremely valuable for the quality of their work because obviously in this case they would not have to be preoccupied with their earnings.

Smoking habit has been cause of controversy in the society over the years. While health professionals argue that fumes enter into your lungs and lead you to a cancer in the future, smokers claim they have the right to continue their habit.

An important point is that smoking constitutes polluted air and in this way it contributes to the issue of global warming. For this reason I agree with the idea of non-smoking areas which restrict the use of smoking in many public places such as restaurants, pubs and clubs. Therefore this attitude prevents passive smokers from being victims of a habit that they do not have.

It is known that many countries have regulations which designate enclosed areas and workplaces exclusively for smokers. One example of this is in the state of Queensland in Australia in which this rule has been in place since 2005. Brazil maintains a serious discussion about this subject at present owing that its government is up to approve a stricter rule for the habit.

On numerous occasions cigarettes have been cause of horrible fire accidents in the fields surrounding the highways. One such example is the bushfires in Australia.

In conclusion people differ in opinions with respect of smoking. Smokes try to preserve their addiction while new rules are coming to limit the practice as much as possible in order to prevent lung diseases and even more polluted air.

CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IS A BRUTAL DECISION AND SHOUD BE ABOLISHED

It is unjustifiable to think that a crime can only be solved with murder. However there are countries in the world which still opt for capital punishment which, in my opinion, constitutes a painful and brutal attitude towards human’s life.

It is known that violence leads to more violence. To be more precise people tend to repeat in the present what had been input once in their lives and that’s one reason to say that a government should never take such a tough decision.

In places where life can be a matter of life and death the population must be a frightened one. Owing that a scared person is more likely to be weak and weaknesses may lead to submission; this population is keen to be a violated one.

I am convinced that any human-being is capable of judging another with perfection because only in heaven we will be judged. Moreover the government must have the duty to find a peaceful solution even for the most heartless crime. Indeed they should promote peace instead of violence such as providing better conditions in prisons. In addition psychologists and psychiatrists could certainly give them a bit of help trying to keep them out of crime,

In conclusion I feel shame for the countries which accept such a stringent and cruel way of correction. Therefore I think nobody has the right to end a human life. Besides I believe that a peace should be given to everyone in every part of the world.
