Generally people have been changing their concepts of family over the years. The paternalism does not empire as it did in the past due to the revolution on women's behaviours. To be more precise since the female gender decided to deem the variety of abilities that enable this sex to have a plenty of opportunities into the workforce, family has been revolutionising day-by-day. In my opinion this fact had a positive impact in the society and following the thoughts of the famous philosopher I emphasise now that work dignifies the human-being. It is true that there is a poorer population which is victimised by violence in many cities in the world. They probably constitute a new generation who had not been reared with limits and perhaps this is a consequence of maternalism replacing paternalism, in other words mothers have taken the father's place into the family. From psychologists point of view, a mother can not exert the same authority that a father does for the reason that she gives the birth. By this I mean that there is a straighter relationship between mothers and their offspring. However I believe that the healthiest way is women working rather than staying at home only looking after children. Actually mothers can do both activities if they organise their time. Moreover a better self-esteem is built while they are working and this is a benefit for the little ones. In conclusion I think labour has been a fundamental source in women's life since it brought up their dignity and self-esteem. Nevertheless independent women are keen to be bossy and take men's place in the family which is jeopardy and leads to create an unlimited society.
